As an Undergraduate Engineer, you'll join an experienced project team at one of our iconic locations, developing your knowledge and experience in project management, engineering, and construction management.
Under guidance and supervision by your Mentor and Supervisor, assist the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality service to meet our client's needs and revel in your contributions to critical state and national projects.
What to expect?
The Undergraduate training and development program is focused on practical learning outcomes, exposing you to the core fundamentals of civil engineering projects from start to finish.
You'll get to experience;
Internships occur for a fixed duration of 4-, 6- or 12 weeks in line with your vacation periods and study commitments.
As a national organisation, you must be open to travel intra- and interstate frequently or relocate. This is a great opportunity to see the country!
What you'll bring
You will bring an ambitious outlook on your development, and an appetite to enhance project delivery skills by your drive and passion for all aspects of civil engineering and construction. You will have a natural curiosity and ability to build strong relationships on site and with clients through active involvement in your learning and shadowing experience engineers supporting your journey.
