As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll join an experienced project team at one of our iconic locations, propelling your knowledge and experience in project management, engineering, and construction management.

You'll form part of an experienced professional team working to achieve and exceed client and stakeholder expectations across a magnitude of partnerships in civil construction and water infrastructure needs. Collaboration and innovation are valued to contributing towards the success of the project, developing you into a confident decision-maker and well-rounded professional.

  • Stakeholder and client engagement
  • Pre-contracts, planning, and estimating
  • Project cost control and contract management
  • Quality, safety, and risk management
  • Design and Construction and Technical Services

This is an ongoing full-time position and commitment, with both Leed and you prioritising investment into laying strong foundations and experience in a career to become a seasoned engineering professional.

As a national organisation, you must be open to travel intra- and interstate frequently or relocate. This is a great opportunity to see the country!

Eligibility and requirements:

  • Upload your CV and a cover letter (please include the year of expected completion)
  • Copy of academic transcript / official parchment
  • Successfully completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be in your final semester of study.
  • Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 (valid until the end of 2027)
  • Willingness to travel inter- and intra- in regional and remote Australia, or relocate if required. This role is required onsite in regional and remote locations (NSW, VIC, and SA). Successful candidates will be required to travel inter-intrastate frequently.
