Very satisfied

IT Training On-the-job training - related to the particular practice area - a general overview of the matter and the related legal material is provided with each task that you are assigned
Graduate, Sydney
The formal learning and development program is quite good and covers a wide range of topics/areas of law. The only downside (for non-Melbourne graduates) is that many of these sessions are run remotely, which can make it more difficult to learn new skills.
Graduate, Sydney
Informal training (i.e. learning on the job) works well - learning from more senior staff and doing actual work. Team-specific formal training is being developed to share knowledge and know-how between team members.
Graduate, Sydney
The firm has training sessions on various aspects within the rotation to assist with your development. Further, the buddy system allows for you learn with a lawyer who is of similar experience.
Graduate, Sydney
Good informal training by discussing with superiors how to complete tasks or how do different areas work. Formal training in research is excellent. Would be effective to have more formal training on different areas of law and their processes.
