Lander & Rogers is committed to representing the diverse needs of our people, clients and community members who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer and asexual, and their families and supporters.

In doing so, we seek to ensure LGBTIQA+ people have an equal and equitable chance to benefit from all that Lander & Rogers has to offer.

Key progress towards these goals include:

  • Audit and review of workplace policies to ensure they are inclusive and representative of LGBTIQA+ needs
  • Increased recognition and support of LGBTIQA+ matters of importance including Pride Month
  • Training and events to foster education and inclusion regarding LGBTIQA+ culture, history and rights
  • Greater representation and visibility for LGBTIQA+ members to share their stories and experiences within the firm at all levels
