Very flat structure, will be talking with everyone in the team from equity partners to legal assistants. Everyone is very accessible and friendly.

Culture is excellent - although this is a large firm, the team working in the office regularly encourages regular interactions with other graduates, lawyers, senior associates and partners. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming and open to teach and delegate tasks depending on their workflow.

The majority of the partners are very down to earth and approachable, which sets the tone of the culture at the firm. There appears to be a very collegiate culture, and most employees are happy to help when support is needed. Some teams have a better social culture than others.

Unmatched teamwork and culture in the practice area, very approachable staff (at all levels). Junior level staff inputs are appreciated, no feeling of hierarchy within the practice area. Numerous social events are available throughout the year.

Graduates are not expected to work late. While there is a clear structure of who reports to who, everyone is approachable at any time for questions. In fact, our partners encourage junior staff to knock on their doors to either ask for work or to find out what work they are doing. There are drinks every Friday which encourages you to meet other members of the firm that may work in different teams or practice groups.
