Although a small organisation, we work with companies in Australia and overseas to implement sustainable neurodiverse employment programs.
We are also behind the Neurodiversity Hub initiative which is about facilitating neurodiverse students becoming more work-ready and increasing their chances of securing a job and a career. Once we have agreed to assist an organisation with the implementation of a program, we will then go out to universities and the community to identify potential candidates. We don't run interviews - the selection process is based on an assessment centre.
Successful candidates will commence a three-year program to develop their technical skills, identify and develop their strengths, develop their self advocacy and hopefully move into a permanent role within the organisation.
