Recruitment Process

Steps in our recruitment process:

  • Application for the Graduate Role including your resume and academic transcript attached
  • Phone interview with a member of our recruitment team. This interview will allow us to go through your education, work experience, and why you want to join Seven Consulting
  • First Interview with one of our Senior Consultants. This interview will highlight your understanding of Project Management fundamentals
  • Psychometric testing
  • Group Assessment with other candidates where you will be assessed on your ability to work as a team
  • Second Interview with our Founder or Managing Director

Selection criteria:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree or major in Project Management
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • A willingness to learn and take on board feedback
  • A team player
  • High energy levels
  • References from previous employers/teachers

Remuneration & Career Growth

Seven Consulting is committed to building a community of high calibre program & PMO professionals. During your first year with Seven Consulting you will receive 4 -5 training session per week with the company founder and senior consultants where you will review key learnings, followed by work experience and billable client assignments.
