The Prezzee Story 

The spur of an ah-ha moment led to the creation of Prezzee by Co-founders Matt and Claire in 2014. Matt forgot his gift card at home while shopping. At that moment, he was inspired to make corporate gifting swift, flexible, and simple. 

Five years after its founding, Prezzee has grown immensely, already collaborating with up to 100 retailers and 800+ brand partners. In 2019, they announced probably their biggest collaboration yet with Amazon. 

In 2020, Prezzee went global with companies in the UK and USA. Today, Prezzee stays true to its mission of making gifting easy. They are supported by a team of fun individuals looking to make positive changes always.

Recruitment Process

  1. Resume submission - all graduate and internship applicants to Prezzee need to submit tailored resumes for each position. Applicants also need to attach relevant documents that each position requires 
  2. Interviews - graduate and internship applicants that meet each role’s minimum requirement are invited for interviews. There are three interview stages in all at Prezzee. The interview contains a mix of cultural and technical questions. After each interview, follow-ups are conducted 
  3. Background checks and offer of employment - after all assessment stages are done, background checks are to ascertain the qualifications of each candidate. Employment decisions are then made from the shortlisted candidates and an employment offer is made
  4. Onboarding - employed workers are taken through a thorough onboarding process on best practices at the company
