Nice people to be around; they're not just here for the paycheck; they'll actually get to know their new workers and try to welcome them as much as they can. They're genuinely friends.

Both the Perth office and the site office are good. In Perth, it is more formal with dress pants, a shirt, and shoes. On site, the wearing of hi-vis and safety boots is required.

As I am FIFO, I work long swings but get R+R, allowing for rest and recovery. Being out on site allows less time in the office and more time seeing the practices and exposure to real life situations.
