What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I don't know about bonuses but the pay is around or slightly bellow average
Graduate, Sydney
I had gotten a pay rise for the start of the FY and it seemed reasonably.
Graduate, Brisbane
Fair enough for my position and qualification.
Graduate, Brisbane
It's a graduate role, don't expect a huge salary.
Graduate, Melbourne
Pay is less compared to other similar companies. Don't know how the bonuses are calculated or how much people are getting.
Graduate, Melbourne
Pay is not that competitive, and bonus structure is unclear.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
A lot of variety in discounts and gift vouchers for recognised good performance

Findex R & R is pretty good in regard to gaining cheaper movie tickets. I've probably used it twice now to go watch movies in the cinemas. Leave is pretty good to as Findex is flexible with me taking it anytime I need it when i have medical flare ups or appointments.

We have the Findex R&R program that gives us discounts in a broad range of stores and experiences. I think that is a really good thing. I do not know about the other companies as I'm new in Aus at all but in my opinion is a fair benefits package.
Graduate, Brisbane
I appreciate access to health (particularly mental health) perks and services. They do also provide rotating discounts on common brands.
Graduate, Other (Please specify) - Coffs Harbour
Not many perks - some small discounts available. Leave policies are standard. Free tickets/dinners would be nice
