To apply to the FDM Graduate Program, candidates must submit an online application through the FDM website. The next stage includes a telephone interview with a Graduate Recruiter. Once successful, candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Day where they must demonstrate their aptitude, skills and motivations for becoming a successful IT or business consultant, as well as their potential to represent FDM on prestigious client sites.
FDM accepts candidates from all universities and there is no need for any prior experience or a STEM background!
FDM offers graduates a competitive salary relative to industry standards. As experience and time at FDM increases, there will be further opportunities to reward performance through salary increases. FDM employees can also join the Buy As You Earn scheme.
Once trained, FDM consultants will be placed on-site with one or more of FDM's clients for a minimum of two years. Consultants can then choose to continue their career with FDM and become a senior consultant, transition to a permanent position with the client or explore other opportunities using the connections and experiences gained from their time at FDM.
