Graduate Program:

We invite recent graduates to join our 12-month Graduate Development Program.

Our emphasis on collaboration and teamwork guarantees you a diverse experience across various industries and businesses, where you'll collaborate closely with our seasoned and skilled professionals.

Our dynamic work environment and the diversity of the clients and industries we deal with, will provide you with the skills you need to help solve complex issues facing businesses as they navigate uncertain times.

The Cor Cordis Graduate Development Program encompasses comprehensive support, including mentorship, a blend of structured and informal learning opportunities, external training, and ongoing performance evaluations. During your time with us, you could be involved in a range of impactful roles, such as:

  • Contributing to high-profile projects like Mahercorp or kikki.K, or assisting in the management of the financial affairs of notable individuals facing bankruptcy.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team on-site to oversee trading administration, including managing trading activities, engaging with creditors and customers, and liaising with diverse stakeholders.

Conducting in-depth investigations, which may involve compiling evidence and crafting reports to support litigation.  You might also be involved in pursuing claims related to financial fraud, breach of duties, insolvent trading, or other violations of legislation.

Who are we looking for:

We seek accounting or commerce graduates eager to kick-start their careers and who possess the following qualities:

  • Efficiency and highly motivated
  • Strong attention to detail paired with a practical problem-solving approach. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency status during the application process
  • A commitment to being a valuable team player.

Recruitment Process

 Online application 

Submit your application and attach the relevant documents including including your resume/CV, a cover letter, and your academic transcript.

Online assessment 

You will then receive a link to an online assessment which will roughly take half an hour.

Face-to-face interview

If successful in completing the assessment, you will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview with leaders in our offices, which may include a short scenario assessment. This is a great opportunity for us to learn more about you, and for you find out more about our firm.
