      At Coles, a bright future awaits those who want to achieve big things and discover their career potential. You will be inspired to extend your capabilities to deliver beyond what you imagine is possible.

      We will support your passion and graduate journey with experiences and opportunities, with each rotation expanding your knowledge as you continue to discover Coles and yourself.

      A business of our size provides you with endless opportunities to find a path that is right for you.

      Join us to see how our graduates work together to get products into the hands of the 21 million customers who shop with us each week.

      Explore how joining our two-year Coles Graduate Program is the first ingredient to a flexible and dynamic career at Coles.

      Join our Store Support Centre (SSC) Program and fast track your career in our Melbourne corporate office. You'll be gaining a mix of technical, operational and leadership skills working alongside key leaders across the business. During the program, you'll discover many different areas of the business and have the opportunity to participate in a cross-functional rotation, so you have first-hand experience to see how all the puzzle pieces fit together!

      Join our Operations Graduate Program and based in our stores and sites across the nation, you will accelerate your career to become one of our next senior operational leaders. Take your pick from one of our two streams;

      • In our Supermarkets, you will be based in store and experience different departments as you build the knowledge and capabilities essential in managing a multi-million-dollar Coles store.
      • In our Distribution Centres, you will be at the heart of our supply chain. You will learn key processes and procedures that enable our DC teams to ensure that thousands of customers get the products they want and need every day.

      What makes the Coles Graduate Program unique?

      Continuous learning and development opportunities before you even start Day One. We understand it's critical for you to grow and develop as you discover yourself and Coles to reach your potential in being future leaders and change makers in our business.

      Four rotations across 2 years with the opportunity to apply for a cross functional move after successful completion of year one.

      Creative and dynamic work environment - You will have the opportunity to work in teams in an environment where no two days are the same and can challenge the way we do things to make a real difference to the business and our customers.

      Learn from great leaders - You will have an extensive support network to assist you in creating a challenging and successful career and be given constant feedback to hone your skills.

      Support network – We know joining a new organisation is daunting, so we make sure you are supported from the beginning with a buddy to help you settle in, and an accelerator coach to help you kickstart your career. People who truly care.

      Real responsibility – you will be working on real deliverables with clear ownership and accountability. You'll also work in cross-functional groups to complete an Innovation Project, where the top teams have the opportunity to present to our Executive team on a real business challenge.
