LGBTQ+ at 2degrees

At 2degrees, our purpose is Fighting for Fair – whether that be for our people, our customers, our partners or the wider community. We are committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment so that our people can perform at their best.

The Rainbow Heroes employee group was established to support our LGBTTQIA+ colleagues, customers as well as have an impact in the community.  We established workstreams and delivered initiatives such as events to raise awareness, education sessions for our people and introduced pronouns into our email signatures. In February 2023 we were awarded Rainbow Tick Certification as evidence of our progress.
