What you’ll do:
Our Clients, Markets and Growth team make the connections that tell our story and elevate the WSP brand. The team comprises of marketing, communications, client development, partnership, and campaign, and proposal specialists.
This role will report to the Client Development Team who are responsible for driving a client-focused culture, positioning WSP with our clients to support work winning and contribute to the growth of the firm. As trusted advisers to business leaders, the client development team champion WSP’s approach to client experience in developing strategic marketing and pursuit strategies and leading the implementation of positioning activities for specific clients, opportunities, pursuits, and/or regions to achieve business objectives. Ensuring our clients have a great client experience with WSP is a key focus for this team.
This role will see you work closely with the team and different business groups, focusing on the development of our client’s experience through different strategies developing campaigns to meet the overall objectives of the business.
You will also have the opportunity to work with and develop skills in the marketing, communications strategic partnerships, and proposal teams.
