How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
I am able to work from home a few days a week without reporting to anyone which is great. I know that this varies based on partner's preferences. It is not often that I have to work past 5:30.

How long you are expected to work is dependent on which team you are in. There is an underlying expectation that you stay after hours however it is not strictly enforced.

Quite flexible, but this is definitely an aspect that is team based. Personally, I can work later if I need to or want to, however there is definitely no pressure and there is certainly no culture of staying back late. However, I know in other teams that is not the case.

The hours are generally pretty set and most seem to arrive and leave at reasonable times. The company is not overly flexible in terms of structure of the day, that is, you are expected to show up when everyone else does and leave at the end of the day unless some special arrangement has been entered into.

It is extremely rare for me to work late. I am not expected to work beyond my usual hours except in the rare event of urgent/last minute deadlines. The firm has a flexible working environment, but this does depend on which team/partner you work for.

I've been having a pretty balanced time hour so far. I work 8:30-5pm as my usual hours. I usually finish up around 5:20-30ish to finish up and prepare for the next day. I've been told to go home at 5pm and have never felt expected to stay later so if I do that is my choice and not me feeling the pressure. One time I stayed until 8pm because I wanted to finish something, and my senior associate called me and told me that I don't need to stay late and I can just prioritise it the next day. So it's supportive in that way.
