Day to day offers a lot of variety which I appreciate, including drafting/maintaining project artefacts, system design discussions with system and technical analysts, clarifying legislation or policy with external policy departments, reviewing test plans, drafting customer and staff communication products. I enjoy the creativity involved and work feels very rewarding.

Graduate, Melbourne - 07 Aug 2024
My role is unclear. As a Graduate, I was only provided with a generic 'Graduate' job statement. Once the program was complete, I was never provided a more specific one for my on-going role despite asking multiple times. Day-to-day responsibilities differ depending on the work coming through and there is little guidance from leadership. It is a stressful environment.
