9.6 rating for Culture, based on 7 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Everyone is incredibly professional and respectful. It is a vibrant building community where everyone helps everyone else. Everyone is understanding that life is dynamic and that a good work life balance is highly promoted.

Colleagues are great. Friendly atmosphere. Higher-ups tell you what to do, but still give you creative freedom. I get input in collaborative activities.

The culture is excellent, extra effort gets recognised and managers show real appreciation. The support as a graduate has been great. Everyone is understanding and willing to help. There is clear organisation hierarchy, making it easy to know whom to turn to.

All the engineers, senior down to the students, have a very good culture both during and outside of work hours. Everyone sits together at lunches and even play cards together. Everyone is always happy to support each other with work. Even outside of work, everyone usually meets as a single large group. Sometimes however there is a divide between L400 Ph2 and Ph3 teams, with events specific to the one team, I think in the case of a perfect team culture this would be inclusive of everyone. We also don't really have the chance to have a relationship with teams outside the E&E building, it would be nice to have more events with production and admin building staff.

Direct line managers seem to really care about your career progression and that you are free to express interest in any aspect of the business and are willing to help you work to get there. The office management organise many social sessions and there is a social club that started recently, which creates fun activities. The company management have Town Halls once a month to ensure everyone within the company is engaged and we know what is going on, in the bigger picture.
