How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
My work hours are great so far and my company is very flexible
Graduate, Brisbane - 19 Jul 2024
As flexible as can be. Flexi-time means hours can be adjusted at will, and WFH is supported.
Graduate, Brisbane - 16 Jul 2024
The standard hours is 7.25 hours. I can choose to start between normal business hours. I can bank my extra hours if I work more than that.

My work hours are sensible and the work-life balance I have is excellent. No explicit directives exist for coming in to the office, but coming in around twice a week is what most do (and given the social environment, you'll want to). Nothing more needs to be said here, really.

QAO is an extremely flexible workplace who care about your work-life balance. There is no expectation to work long hours or overtime unless extremely necessary in busy season, and you will always receive this time back. QAO is flexible with working arrangements dependant on your situation.
Graduate, Brisbane - 15 Jul 2024
QAO is extremely flexible. They have a hybrid working arrangement where you could be working from the office, client site or working from home. Depends on the client's needs, and managements preference.
Graduate, Brisbane - 15 Jul 2024
QAO has a hybrid working arrangement between the office, home and client site and you can negotiate, within reason, about where you want/need to be based. The hours that you are expected to work are flexible and reasonable.

SO flexible - based on 36.25 hours per week which is amazing coming from a salary position previously. They have flexible working arrangements so if you need to work at home there are options to do so. You can choose to start early, finish early or start late, finish late to allow for personal preferences.
Graduate, Brisbane - 11 Jul 2024
36.25 hours, flexible with work location (office, home, client site) depending on your current job. Also able to work your hours between 6-6.

They are very flexible with hours, you can come in later and work later, or earlier and leave earlier. They are also understanding of circumstances such as doctors or family circumstances that might require you to leave work during the day and return later in the evening. They are also very understanding of part time and other arrangements.

Work is very flexible. I am able to work my standard 36.25 weekly hours from either home, office or client site.
Graduate, Brisbane - 09 Mar 2023
The work hours are reasonable and flexible. Within reason and the constraints of the job you're working on, you can work your required hours between 6 am - 6 pm which really helps when you have other commitments.

We work 7.25 hours per day. Any extra hours we put in on the occasion to finish work is accumulated and given back to us in the form of flex leave. You can also choose to work flexibly by starting early, taking a break during the day and logging back in later in the day. It's about getting 7.25 hours of work done and meeting deadlines.

The company is very flexible, but it depends on the audit you are doing. Some managers prefer you to be in the office every day while others are happy for the team to work from home. In my experience it has been about 1/3 from home.
Intern, Brisbane - 09 Mar 2023
As an undergrad I work 3 days a week. A full work day is 7 hours 15 minutes, which is great for work life balance. You are able to accumulate any time worked over the hours to use at a later date, with manager approval.
Graduate, Brisbane - 08 Mar 2023
Hours are very flexible within the workday. Working from home arrangements are pragmatic too.
