We are a public service organisation. Everything we do is focused on keeping the government and its subsidiaries accountable and delivering the best services they can to the public. We are also encouraged to participate in community events such as charity events and the like, with paid leave provided in many instances to facilitate these. These sorts of events are promoted within the office as well.

The company's statement is "Better Public Services" and they aim to complete audits in such a way that reflects that statement. I have also heard that they offer one day a year to give staff an opportunity to volunteer on something in the community (e.g. MS Moonlight Walk)
