Drive sales within the offline retail channel

  • Meet or exceed top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to achieve P&L goals
  • Develop, implement, manage and report on plans to improve brands sales target achievement
  • Pitch for & Onboard new brands
  • Develop a strategy to drive sales & PnL growth

Monitoring and ROI

  • Negotiate budgets, set goals, monitor and report on performance
  • Manage the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing/visibility initiatives for the brand
  • Manage timelines and prioritization and update monthly to management

Improve customer experience and retention

  • Develop innovative events/marketing initiatives at the store
  • Upgrade the visual merchandising & customer experience at the store for brands
