Job Description:

  • Assistant legal administrative filling, submission, and or reporting of legal data (I.E , License,Permits, IP Right registration, etc)
  • Draft and review various agreements and legal documentations
  • Handling and assisting the team at various strategic corporate matters
  • Provide legal support to all department project and job functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in law studies from a reputable university
  • Have experience as corporate legal at least 1 - 2 years
  • Good understanding of regulation and corporate legal
  • Proficient in English
