Mazars has an excellent culture, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. There is a good understanding of work/life balance at all levels. There is a good social club and camaraderie in the group and time after hours is often spent together, enjoying each other's company

Culture has been a big positive for me joining the Mazars team. I haven't met someone who wasn't friendly and welcoming and I don't feel any pressure to work outside of office hours, which has helped retain a good work/life balance. I haven't spent much time outside of work hours with my colleagues, however before lockdown we did start an indoor soccer team and we all got along really well. In the office it's hard to tell, I do feel a bit disconnected sometimes working from home all the time, however the occasional teams/zoom calls does help with that.

There is good level of teamwork and cooperation amongst the audit team, doesn't feel like there is a downward hierarchy structure as I have had the opportunity to work closely with all my seniors, managers and partners.
