As a participant of the two year Lendlease Graduate Program you will be supported through a rotating structured learning and development program, dynamic managers, various on the job activities, networking and social events – allowing you to build lasting relationships with both senior leaders and fellow graduates.

As an EHS Graduate you will learn to provide specialist EHS knowledge to the project team and site operations, assist in the implementation of our Global Minimum Requirements and drive superior performance. Working with the EH&S project team, your role will include establishment and implementation of Lendlease EH&S Systems, Risk Management, Construction Methodology and Safe Work Methods, inspection and monitoring of the workplace and development and implementation of safety initiatives to improve safety performance.

We are searching for students from a range of academic backgrounds which may include or have related degrees in health and safety, law, construction management, engineering, finance, construction economics or quantity surveying. You will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals, be motivated by challenge and change whilst being driven to deliver results through your resourcefulness. Our projects can be found around the country; within metro and regional locations, so it is essential you would be prepared to be mobile/relocate across these project needs.
