Key Responsibilities:                

  • Design and create customized and differentiated propositions and deliver structured pitches to prospective partners and internal stakeholders. Develop product pricing and positioning strategies. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Identify segmental opportunities & provide inputs for new product development
  • Analyze portfolio trends & identify opportunities to enhance business
  • Understand changing consumer behavior, trends and developments, develop and execute fresh thinking and ideas
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Design and build relevant customer journeys to maintain high standards and quality of customer experience
  • Support in preparation & roll out of business plan & campaigns
  • Design seamless onboarding of partners and customers
  • Establish and maintain the internal ecosystem to support scale-up of all facets of the business and execution of the strategic roadmap
