My immediate manager is very accessible and helpful, although they are very busy a lot of the time. Other senior members of the team would probably fit more in the category of mentor (this is partly because my manager is a mechanical engineer whereas I am electrical).

Management is good, direct line manager is good, but not always accessible and possibly not a great mentor however this is covered by other people at the organisation. One manager is impossible to reach out to as well, so not always fantastic, but certainly not horrible

On the grad program we get moved about so have different managers. Some are great, some aren't. Most are relatively friendly people - but some also happen to be poor at managing people - which makes them difficult to work for.

Managers take time to ensure individual development, and translate information/decisions/communications from higher-up.

Would like more guidance from supervisors. Sometimes I feel I'm left to my own devices too much. They sometimes seem too busy.
