I work full-time (37.5 hours a week). I have the ability to work from home 2-3 days per week and am able to take days off for study/exam leave along with the ability to finish earlier if I have appointments.

I have rarely worked more than 7.5 hours in a day, if I have needed time off for medical/personal reasons, they have been very flexible in allowing me to make the hours up outside of normal business hours.

The company is very flexible with the times you come into the office and when you leave. Say if you like going to the gym in the morning you can come later to work and leave later.
