Job Description

The incumbent will execute client related engagements:

  • Business valuation
  • Brand, Distribution network, IPR & other intangible assets valuation
  • Real estate
  • Financial model review/build 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Strong hold on financial statement analysis
  • Should be well conversant with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of valuation methodologies like discounted cash flow, comparable companies method, and net assets value method.
  • Conduct valuation of companies at enterprise, equity, instrument level, etc.
  • Creating financial models and conducting DCF analysis

To qualify for the role you must have:-

Graduate Degree (preferably with CFA background)
