Your role

The purpose of this internship is to prepare an analysis based on the trend happening on a day-to-day basis on certain transactions. Study transactions to conclude, report root causes, and variances and suggest any corrections to management. Design and create complex reports to user specifications.   

Responsibilities:

• Generate standard transactional reports (including inventory reports) periodically and identify and recommend solutions if required.
• Collaborate with the operations team, and leadership and create a conducive environment.
• Proactively take part in the operations reviews.
• Ensure the captured data is accurate, and reports are authentic and are in the prescribed format.

About you

The requirements for the role are as follows:

• Possess statistical or data-driven and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to convert data into meaningful information.
• Have a sound understanding of basic accounting concepts.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Basic MS Excel skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand numbers and arrive at inferences.
• Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make it happen attitude.
• Prior experience in using commonly used data analytical tools is desirable.

To qualify for the role, you must have 

• MBA (with finance and accounts as subjects) or M.Com.
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
• Ability to quickly understand the technology and its nuances.
• Good communication skills.
