Your role

Consulting practice provides differentiated focus on the key business themes to help the clients solve better questions around technology. A technology career is about far more than leading-edge innovations. It’s about the application of these technologies in the real world to make a real, meaningful impact.

The primary responsibilities include:  

  • Provide support to the respective technical team members 
  • Assist with matters related to fees and billings, invoicing, and budgets and ensure efficient team communications and support to maintain client relationships 
  • Perform non-technical planning and organizational tasks for the respective account aligned with you 
  • Ensure that all required documentation is filed and archived with no delays 
  • Reports and Dashboard preparation for client teams including senior leadership 
  • Review of working papers and client folders. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client services 
  • Act as a central point of contact for the assigned engagement(s) 
  • Be knowledgeable about the services the engagement provides and utilize that knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendations.
