Your role

Their team of experts are eternally curious and excited about combining the wonderful array of HR Advisory & technical expertise to design and implement critical programs from business-driven HR solutions to innovative talent, leadership, and change programs. This is achievedby working closely with clients to solve their complex problems, ultimately making the complex, simple. 

As an Analyst, you will be part of project engagements helping to design and execute critical programs, from business-driven HR solutions to innovative talent, leadership, and change programs.

About you

You’re someone who:  

• Is in their final year of (or has recently completed) a degree that helped you learn business/organisation behaviour/human resource management/people engagement or a major in business/commerce with a tech-edge

• Can connect, engage, and understand people from a variety of backgrounds. 
• Has strong written and oral skills and can clearly communicate problems and resolutions.  
• Has a strong numerical background.

• Enjoys working on ambiguous and fuzzy problems.
