      • Get involved in client work that’s meaningful and purpose-led, developing and building your skills along the way
      • Variety! Get exposure to a wide range clients across different industries

In Human Capital, our purpose is simple: to help companies unlock the potential in their teams. It helps our clients become more successful employers and makes New Zealand a better place to work. Our difference comes from our depth and diversity. We have the business acumen of a strategic advisor; the design capability of a creative agency and the engineering depth of a technology firm.

You’re a bit of a tech geek and appreciate how a beautifully-designed, fully integrated system can completely revamp the way a company works. Sound like you?

What will you get to do?

This is your chance to develop your technical skills whist working in a niche, but rapidly growing field. Working with an impressive portfolio of top-tier clients, you’ll get enviable experience as you:

      • Work as part of a team to analyse data, understand a client’s requirements and generate insights
      • Develop business cases for clients
      • Work on projects from HR Strategy and Digital HR to Workforce solutions and HCM implementations
      • Participate in visual design workshops
      • Have the opportunity and support to specialise in HCM platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll, Oracle, and ServiceNow HR.

      Your future starts with us.

Sitting within Human Capital Consulting, our forward-thinking team specialises in all things tech. We’re solution-focused and revamp our clients’ HR functions by crafting beautifully designed, fully integrated systems with solutions like SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow HR.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

We know that as a student, you may not necessarily have a tonne of technical skills or experience, and that’s okay! At Deloitte, we see past experience and value your ethic and potential to grow more than anything else. You’re someone who:

      • Has a true passion for all things tech – majoring in technology (or a Business/ Commerce with a tech edge)
      • Is quick to learn, naturally inquisitive and always up for sharping your technical skills
      • Lives to solve problems and is comfortable with communicating your crazy ideas in person and on paper
      • Works best collaboratively – you thrive when working with other members in a team!
      • Be self-aware with good emotional intelligence to navigate between clients with competing priorities

Sound like the sort of role for you? Apply now!

Remember you will need your CV, covering letter and academic transcript. Please only apply once, multiple applications will not be considered. You must be legally entitled to live and work in New Zealand from the time of application to be considered.

Please be aware, if a particular opportunity becomes oversubscribed, we will close it for applications before the stated deadline. We recommend you submit your full application as early as possible.

Deloitte is an equal opportunity employer (EOE) and we are committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion. One of the things that I believed helped shape my pathway was my journey with sports. Having grown up fully immersed in sports, particularly rugby, I was able to translate a lot of the lessons learnt from the field to the classroom and eventually the workplace.
