Position Summary

Work you’ll do

  • The Immigration Analyst will be responsible for providing support on immigration-related data updates on various tools, responding to practitioner queries, managing mailboxes, provide support to the team members across the various processes internal to the team.  In this role, the Immigration Analyst will complete assigned deliverables for multiple workstreams, update records, manage queues, support practitioners with visa logistics and appointment scheduling etc.  
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Report review and uploads. 
  • The individual in this role must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently. Individuals must be flexible, agile and able to team and collaborate in a virtual environment.

The Team

This team is responsible for visa operations that include process workstreams, strategic projects and enhancements, and initiatives related to internal and external visa compliance requirements that enable the Talent Immigration team to provide immigration services to foreign nationals of Deloitte U.S. Firms with quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of related professional experience with a minimum 1 year of related immigration experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with SharePoint, Excel and SAP preferred
