Your Role

As an Applied AI Analyst, you will have opportunities to make an impact on a broad range of transformative projects for your clients. 

Applied AI Analyst will:

• A designer will use a human-centred design approach to develop artefacts that communicate processes, strategies and solutions throughout client engagements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, data scientists, designers, and subject matter experts to document requirements.
• Strategize, architect, position, design, develop and deploy enterprise solutions which include Artificial Intelligence components to produce effective communications throughout client engagements such as Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Machine Learning, and AI Services (e.g. Vision/Image, Textual/Language processing).
• Think critically and develop models for visualization, interaction, sensor, machine and voice or mash-ups of new and existing data sources.

You can capitalize on their cross-industry presence to find your niche and begin building your brand. This person should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings.

About the Team:

The Analytics & Cognitive team leverages the power of data science, analytics, robotics, and AI technologies combined with design thinking methodologies with a deep understanding of the user to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, their Strategy & Analytics portfolio leads our clients through strategic choices and transformations ahead of disruption by driving competitive advantage through humans with machines.

About the Roles:

You have opportunities for a Developer, Data Science, ML Engineer and Designer.

The Analytics & Cognitive team works with the clients to:

• Design and implement large-scale complex enterprise systems that involve data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based as well as client-owned platforms
• Deploy automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
• Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements

About You

Minimum Qualifications for all roles:

• Ability to work independently, collaborate with others and manage multiple task assignments
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Strong academic track record (preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher)

Required Qualifications

Designer Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed by August 2023 in one of the following disciplines:
• Graphic/ Communication Design
• Industrial Design
• Architecture
• Human-Computer Interaction
• Human Factors
• Cognitive Science / Psychology / Linguistics
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Invision and Figma
• Knowledge of UX design methodologies
• Strong UI and visual design skillset
• Ability to identify problems and present solutions to clients and stakeholders
• Motivation to maintain and improve design standards and processes
• Portfolio Required

Data Scientist Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed by August 2023 in one of the following disciplines

Developer Skills:

• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Linguistics, Advanced Semantic Design
• At least 6 months of experience working with SparkCognition, Expert System, Microsoft Cognitive Services, IBM Watson, Numenta, Deepmind, CognitiveScale, CustomerMatrix, IPSoft, Salesforce Einstein, Google Cloud Platform/Tensor Flow, or Amazon Web Services/Sagemaker, Microsoft Azure/Machine Learning and common open source scripting languages

Developers:

• JavaScript Programming at User Interface (UI) level: ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS
• SQL/No- SQL database knowledge
• Cloud development and deployment knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Designers:
