Your Role

As a Deloitte Advisory Strategy and Innovation practitioner, you will work in a fast-paced environment that exposes you to diverse project experiences. You will gain exposure to a variety of industries and business problems as you work with senior leaders across the firm to drive strategic growth and identify opportunities from emerging trends and technologies for Deloitte and its clients’ organizations. You will also assist in designing and implementing solution prototypes or proofs-of-concept that enable Deloitte advisory to be more future-ready and transform the delivery of solutions across its multi-billion-dollar practice.

While the specific job deliverables will vary according to stakeholder needs, their practitioners have the broad skills needed to work on a wide variety of business initiatives. You will have the opportunity to exercise both left brain and right brain thinking with the chance to analyze complex problems, come up with innovative solutions and articulate your findings effectively. You will work independently and collaboratively with a team.

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate intellectual curiosity, cross-location collaboration, drive and ownership, empathy, integrity, and candour.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing points-of-views on emerging innovations and disruptions that would help unlock exponential future growth for the business
  • Rapid prototyping and conducting active experimentation with emerging technologies (especially Cloud AI services) by developing proofs-of-concept and a go-to-market business strategy for the use cases identified
  • Evaluating emerging technology vendors (relevant in risk landscape) through experiments to inform business objectives/improvement
  • Shaping and driving digital transformation efforts and promoting a culture of innovation within Deloitte Advisory
  • Assisting in strategy refresh efforts of existing businesses within Deloitte Advisory
  • Shaping and implementing the ‘Workforce of the Future’ related efforts such as enhancing tech savviness, integrating alternate talent models within a business, and implementing market-leading development programs
  • Driving operational transformation efforts within Deloitte Advisory to align with evolving market conditions and client needs, conducting market size estimation, competitor benchmarking, and white space analysis of capabilities and solutions

About You

  • You must have completed Graduation in B.E. / B.Tech preferably in any of these disciplines  - Computer Science, Information Technology and/or other ancillary Circuital Branches
  • Masters in Engineer/ Masters in Science/ Masters in Computer Application – Computer Science
  • Having a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 6 (/10) equivalent with no current backlog
  • Relevant experience: 0-2 years preferably
