Corporate Citizenship and Events

The Office of the Regional Managing Partner is responsible for driving the overall vision, strategy, and operations of Deloitte U.S. India offices, including strategically managing the region’s growth, operations, internal & external brand, and talent.  

The RMP drives different strategic initiatives and programs, including – Global services and Corporate Citizenship, to create a unique competitive advantage for Deloitte by building a truly exceptional organization in India.  Most of the strategic initiatives are a part of the U.S. Firms’ ‘Lead from the Front’ strategy; however, there are certain initiatives that are unique to the U.S. India region as our USI region has unique challenges and opportunities.  

The RMP interfaces and collaborates with the leadership of respective functions and enabling areas in the U.S. and in USI (across all the office locations - Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, and Chennai) in the communication and implementation of strategic priorities, regional strategic initiatives, and cross-functional events.

Some of the Core Responsibilities include

Managing CSR for USI offices and strategic events. Working closely with key stakeholders at every level of the business to ensure effective delivery.

General Expectations:

  • Responsible for driving strategic priorities and engagements of Deloitte U.S. India offices, including strategically managing, internal & external brand, and talent through sustained programs
  • Developing, implementing, and managing large scale strategic programs for the firm which builds pride within the employees and culture of the firm in 7 offices across India
  • Responsible for planning and execution of large-scale CSR programs – Impact Day, Deloitte Employee Giving program (DEGP).
  • Responsible for working with NGO leadership teams, employees planning, executing and managing the projects
  • Responsible for project management and finance management
  • Responsible for adhering to compliance requirements
  • Assess the CSR project progress through periodic interactions and visits, make relevant recommendations, and identify concern areas to take appropriate actions.
  • Responsible for maintaining Deloitte brand in the social sector through various interactions
  • Contribute to the development, communication and promotion of Deloitte’s corporate core purpose, vision, mission, and values
  • Ensure the company’s Brand standards, specifications and procedures are followed rigorously
  • Organizing strategic regional-specific events
  • Interface and collaborate with the leadership of respective functions and enabling areas in the U.S. and in USI (across all the 7 office locations) in the communication and implementation of strategic priorities, regional strategic initiatives and cross-functional events
  • Managing the development of all branding collateral e.g. liaising with designers/printers for production
  • Maintaining and updating relevant trackers to ensure periodic reporting to leadership  
  • Efficiently communicate all plans to the leadership before the beginning of each year
  • Create communication plans for each event
  • Managing all logistical requirements for the regional events
  • Overseeing procurement of catering, audiovisual, security & rental needs
  • Managing relationships with vendors
  • Maintaining a calendar of events for effective long-term planning & management for the region
  • On ground execution of all planned events
  • Formulating budgets for the firm program

Work Timings

Recommended - 11 am to 8 pm | 9 am to 6 pm
