What You’ll Achieve

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to use that knowledge to maximize opportunities. You will understand business implications of solutions and identify best practices, communicating them to drive knowledge management initiatives.

You Will

  • Hours (rotational) –APJ, US, EMEA
  • Track Mailboxes –Support and maintain all incoming Track requests for Customer, TA, SNow, SFDC, Channels, Hybrius.
  • Provide EOQ Support (EMC & DELL) aligning with GRO support structure
  • Work closely with international TAG Business Partners in supporting continuous sales alignment and restructuring
  • Participate in monthly team forums providing process improvement ideas and possible group training opportunities
  • Team Lead/Manager: Weekly conference calls with management outlining status of workload and identify possible process gaps.

Essential Requirements

  • Oracle, SAP experience
  • Excellent organizational as well as multi-tasking skills
  • Self-initiation and creative-thinking
  • High sense of urgency

Desirable Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Typing Skills – min 45wpm
  • SQL experience a plus but not required
