What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in assisting our internal customers with issues regarding their Automation projects.
You will:
- Provides expertise to ensure holistic support, proactive monitoring and overall health of Automation projects.
- Communicate within functional teams to provide problem resolution updates.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of Automation enhancements and/or changes.
- Reviews and analyzes automation code which could include updates to Business Requirements documentation.
- Responsible for Automation Licenses/RUI/VM allocation and tracking, Business communication regarding IT patching or downtime, and application monitoring and reporting.

- Essential Requirements
- Experience working with Automation Tools like Uipath,/ Automation Anywhere/Power Automate etc.
- Ability to work under pressure with calmness and composure
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures
- Ability to take on shift work, and on-call responsibilities which could include weekends or Holidays.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with SQL, Python, SharePoint and Power BI (to include power query)
- Professional experience in a customer-facing role (logistic, customer service or administration)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
