Lots of different types of work to do. But, often it feels like day-to-day work is mostly just resolving blockers. Can be hard to do a long stretch of meaningful work.

Happy with the variety of tasks I am getting exposure too and have learnt a lot during my time at the company, however I am sometimes looking for work as I complete these tasks way before the required timeframes.

It changes as I'm in a graduate program with rotation into different teams. What I can say is that the work challenges me in what I know but also what I don't know. I have learnt so many various process and procedures in the short amount of time I have been in each role.

Every day is different and there is so many interesting deals happening. We sit across a wide range of transactions as Australia's biggest bank. As a grad you do a lot of desk sits and support the seniors in providing insights and valuable information to clients and deals.

I've just started my third rotation. Throughout my time here, I have done, data management, data analysis, solution delivery, enquiry management, stakeholder management, drafting communications, understanding and delivering HR advice on policy and procedures, understanding risk and compliance, and change management.

Various responsibilities depending on rotation teams, but definitely enough time for training/learning whilst also being stretched with "real" team tasks.
