What we are looking for

To be eligible for our program you must have recently graduated within the last two years or be eligible for graduation by the end of 2025.

Your degree could be from one of the following (but not limited) to:

  • Engineering: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Civil, Geotechnical, Metallurgy, Minerals Processing, Chemical, Construction, Mining, Environmental, Instrumentation Control and Automation.
  • Science: - Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental and Earth Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Spatial Science (surveying) and Geographical Information Systems.
  • Health Science: Safety, Occupational Hygiene, Health, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Paramedical Science and Nursing.
  • Technology: Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Software Engineering and Mathematics.
  • Business: Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics Management and Commerce. 

To be successful in our program you will have a strong academic background, with the ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You will be adaptable and flexible with a hunger to learn and embrace change. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team.
