About BDO

At BDO Australia, our why is ‘empowering people, realising possibilities’. One way we bring this to life is by hiring and developing exceptional talent, to deliver on our wide array of audit, tax and advisory services.

About the Role

We’re looking for the next BDO Advisors of the future to join our Audit Graduate Program in January 2025!

As a Graduate Auditor, you’ll join a large team of experienced audit specialists and technical experts. You’ll work in the office and field, visiting client sites across various industries – non for profit, tourism, retail, hospitality, real estate, construction, transport & logistics and government – just to name a few!

Each audit is an exciting opportunity to learn and understand the ins and outs of how a business operates, looking at both the big picture and detail to deliver quality audits, and add real value to clients. Using BDO’s international audit methodology, you will review financial statements, prepare, and maintain working papers, identify risks and opportunities to improve internal controls, whilst building client relationships as a trusted advisor!

You will be in your final year, or have recently completed an Accounting, Commerce or relevant undergraduate or postgraduate CA/CPA eligible degree. You can commence full-time in January 2025.

To apply fill out the online application, attaching your resume and transcript (unofficial or official). We’re excited to start reviewing applications as soon as they roll in, so don’t wait to submit yours!
