Really satisfied with my manager. She's great and really supportive. Even my previous manager as an intern. They really ensure that you are able to complete the work given to you and if anything, they are always checking in to see how you're performing. Feedback is key, there's a check in session with my manager and the team manager at the end of every month to track my progress, exploring where I could potentially move next or what kind of projects I will be working on after my current one. Everyone is really accessible.

The company is not hierarchical at all and managers are good at making themselves available. In my experience, they have been great at interacting and providing feedback

The company is not hierarchical which means all managers, right the way through to the GM are easily accessible

Great mentoring program; ability to chat with any of the leadership team

We went through a period where management was unapproachable and unrealistic in their expectations. However, we have recently had a change of upper management and they have re-launched our culture. They are now incredibly approachable and fun - but still maintain the same high expectations and standards in terms of business performance.

I have no issues with interacting with upper management. I find them very accessible and easy to relate to.
