Management at RAA

8.0
8.0 rating for Management, based on 5 reviews
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Whilst on rotation the managers I had were very approachable and supportive, however in cyber its difficult to get a hold of managers and it often takes them long times to approve things such as leave and there are no sessions for one on ones.

The managers are very accessible and supportive. They trust you to do your job without micromanaging and acknowledge efforts. Our manager has weekly catchups with the graduates as a group and fortnightly 1 on 1 catchups. There are also informal conversations in between if you need. The management (both direct and senior) has kept us in the loop of things and ensure there are no communication gaps. They also are very receptive to feedback and make sure everyone's opinion is heard.

My manager is awesome - super approachable, available to help and provide feedback, and encouraging. RAA gives us access to goal setting platforms that allows my manager and myself to discuss professional and career goals. I don't have too much interaction beyond my immediate manager, but they try and interact with the department and have joined a department meeting in the past.
