Recruitment Process

The hiring process for a fresher or an experienced would be started by filling up an online application followed by a recruiter's review. And if shortlisted will arrange for a screening interview and subsequent virtual/live behavioural interviews as appropriate. The feedback is provided throughout the process and if successful also manages your job offer, background check, and onboarding.

Remuneration

The average pay for a fresher at IQVIA ranges between 3 to 4 LPA, depending on the role they are selected for.
