Grow your career with us from anywhere

Where you start your career and where you choose to progress might not be in the same place, or the same service line. Recruitment Process

The application process

Making the decision to apply for a graduate position can be simple but choosing what role to apply for may feel overwhelming. Luckily, we provide the opportunity to grow your career with us in whichever service line you choose. So, when you have accepted a graduate role with us you have your foot in the door to a world of possibilities.

We see the candidate journey as a two-way street, and the graduate application process as a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know one another to feel confident we’re a good match.

1. Choose an area you’d like to apply for

Although there are opportunities to pivot your career path if you choose to in the future through our Internal Mobility Program, at this stage it’s still important that you choose a service line you are eligible for and suits your skills and goals.

2. Submit your application

Through the graduate position job description, you can submit your CV and your academic transcript. You can apply for more than one role, if you can’t decide right now.

3. Video interview

If you’ve progressed to this stage, then you’ll be invited to partake in a one-way video interview with one of our recruiters. Here they will ask you questions about your skills, interests, experience and career goals.

4. Final interview

This next interview will be with a Partner in the service line you have chosen. This is a one-on-one interview.

5. Reference check

This is a simple step which doesn’t require anything from you. We will contact your previous employer(s), school, and/or university to confirm your information and learn a little more about your work and study history.

6. Receive an offer

The final step is to receive your offer! Congratulations, if you’ve made it here your application has been successful. If you have any further questions about your position or what happens next, you’ll be able to discuss this now. We look forward to working with you!
