The transition from studying to an office environment can be tough. This change can become more challenging without any relevant experience. To support you through this transition Chartered Accountants ANZ created the Achiever Programme.

This programme provides penultimate students undertaking tertiary studies in accounting at university or polytechnic across Australia and New Zealand an opportunity to apply for valuable paid* work experience with one of our participating employers during the summer break.

Who is eligible to apply for the Achiever Programme?

      • Penultimate** students who are undertaking tertiary studies in accounting.
      • Students must be studying either in Australia or New Zealand.

Please note that this programme is offered exclusively to the Chartered Accountants ANZ student affiliate community. If you are not a student affiliate, register now to be eligible.

      Benefits of the Achiever Programme:

      • Gain valuable paid* work experience with one of our partner employers.
      • Build your professional network, which could increase your chances of landing a job.
      • Gain real-life industry exposure, grow your knowledge, and determine your interest in different accounting service lines.
