You'll be challenged with real business problems and receive guidance from senior leaders โ€“ Our summer internship will test your skills and leave you with valuable experience for your final year of university.ย ย 

The Program

Over ten weeks between November 2021 and February 2022, you'll be placed in sales, marketing, supply or one of our support functions to work on real business projects, engage with senior leaders and support your team with day-to-day operations. You'll complete your program by delivering a final presentation to senior leaders in your function, providing you with invaluable feedback and learnings to further develop yourself.ย ย 

Highlights of our program include:ย 

  • Real business experience and exposure to how a leading business is runย 
  • Working on real projects aligned to strategic business prioritiesย 
  • Exposure and mentorship from senior leaders across the business
  • Development of your technical skills which could include project management, design thinking and agile ways of working

About You

A successful candidate for this role will:ย ย 

  • Be in their penultimate year at universityย 
  • Have less than two years of full-time work experienceย 
  • Be an Australian/NZ citizen or Australian permanent residentย ย 
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
